Simply write your affirmation in the central display box (pen provided) and your name or the month in the box below, and use the rotator plug to slowly rotate the tool through 360 degrees, while reciting your affirmation, with purpose, out loud or in your head a number of times as follows:

* Morning: Start your day with purpose, spinning three times to instill your affirmation.

* Afternoon: Reinforce your intent with six rotations.

* Evening: Embed your desires with nine rotations.
